Looking for fun and adventure, but Bangkok isn't on the itinerary? Then Spice Market is a must experience. The exotic interior is all curves. And with its elaborate wood-carved pagodas, cantilevered bar, signature open kitchen, ornate tapestries, bright silk lanterns, and buzzing, monk-outfitted wait staff, this temple to hedonism instantly embraces and energizes.

Southeast Asian Street food is interpreted here to create an ingenious cuisine. With a menu inspired from the pushcarts of Ho Chi Minh City, these dishes are elevated but not refined. Selections that appear chaste will startle. Flavors are thoughtful, featuring complex blends of spices that make the mundane turn into surprise.
